Our client, a leader in commercial construction, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with strong experience in structural and mechanical construction. This role is critical in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while staying on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of commercial construction projects with a focus on structural and mechanical aspects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel for smooth workflow.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any challenges promptly.
- Conduct site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction with expertise in structural and mechanical projects.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing construction schedules.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
